Reservations: In order to reserve your spot for our Passover 2012 program we ask that you pay 1/2 the price quoted to you. We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards. The quote you receive includes a 3.5% discount for paying in cash or by check, if you choose to use a credit card that discount will not apply. Your initial payment will reserve your spot in our wonderful program. The other half is due no later than March 1st. By sending in your payment you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the general information terms and conditions regarding our Passover 2012 program aboard the Queen Mary.
Cancellation Policy: Your payment is refundable until February 15, 2012 less a $250 processing fee. If unfortunately you decide not to join us after February 15, 2012 we will return 50% of your payment up until March 1, 2012. Post March 1, 2012 all payments are non-refundable, this includes any missed days or meals during the program.
Please understand that our cancellation policy is not intended to be punitive, rather your initial deposit helps cover up front costs to insure our program reserves space on the Queen Mary.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended, this will protect you in the event you have to cancel for any qualifying reason. Please refer to your individual policy for details.
Conditions: Participation in this program shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that Kosher on Location or any individual thereby employed by said company shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be the result of the hotel/premises, the caterers, the employees of said hotel or Kosher on Location. Kosher on Location is not the owner or lessee of the hotel in which this program is being run. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the passenger's or guests comfort and welfare, or for any reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements or cancel the program, such alterations may be made without penalty. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers or guests.
